We specialise in the full-cycle processing of oak timber — from sawing to preparing finished products for export. Every stage is carried out in accordance with high quality standards and tailored to meet our clients’ specific needs.
Precision oak sawing
Oak logs are sawn on a band sawmill and then trimmed to the customer's required dimensions using a longitudinal saw. The boards are then stacked into packs using dry, calibrated pine spacers to ensure proper air circulation and stability during storage or drying.
Custom wood processing
For our clients, we provide additional processing using a four-sided planer to increase the volume of export-ready material.
Kiln Drying of Oak Timber
All boards undergo a pre-drying phase under a canopy until they reach 30% moisture content. The main drying process is carried out in a kiln using soft-drying technology, supported by an automated control system to ensure consistent results and optimal timber quality.
